Clinton W. Robertson | Chief Executive Officer

After many years working for the healthcare sector, Clint Robertson wanted to know that his day-to-day efforts were making a difference. This desire drove him to form 24-7 Care & Rehab in February of 2009, Clinton Robertsonwhere he currently serves as CEO.

Robertson’s 30+ years in long-term care and administration, coupled with his passion for the elderly and infirm, make him the perfect man to sit at the helm of this organization. The choices he makes each day are informed by 24-7’s mission, to show people the road home even when that home means a nursing facility, and to help people live life to the fullest extent possible.

Robertson’s other healthcare related endeavors include his position as President of both Lynx Service Network, a group purchasing organization for long-term care facilities, and HealthTrac, a dietary and environmental services company also in long-term care.

Jeffery Mathews | Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Mathews brings strengths in operating and developing care programs and in soliciting public support for long-term care, as well as a background as a licensed long-term care administrator, to his role as Chief Operating Officer.

Mathews sees 24-7 Care and Rehab facilities as intergenerational – a place for people of all ages to work together, socialize together, and care for each other. This view is what drives Mathews’ efforts to keep residents, family members, staff and community members informed and involved.

Mathews leadership and public relations skills have played a key role in the growth of revenue and census, as well as the improvement of quality and customer service, since the creation of 24-7 Care and Rehab.

Mathews holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Currently, Mathews is on the Board of The Arizona Health Care Association as District Five Director. He serves on The Public Policy Committee, The AHCA Quality and Regulatory Committee.

 

 

Pat Howell | Vice President of Clinical Services

Pat HowellPat Howell, R.N., has extensive, multi-state experience in long-term care nursing and administration. In her current role as VP of Clinical Services, she works closely with facility clinical administration to maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. In addition, she helps facilities manage budgets and staffing.

Howell is actively involved in the Arizona Health Care Association and sits on the Regulatory Committee. Howell holds two Nursing Degrees, has studied Gerontology and is certified in MDS. Howell has volunteered for both the Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity. She has been in the Army, Army Reserves and National Guard where she has received several awards including the Ohio Commendation Medal. Other accomplishments include grant writing where she has received monies for safe lifting practices in nursing homes.

 

C.J. Cottrell | Director of Reimbursement

 Scott ThomasC.J. has worked in the Long Term Skilled Nursing since 2003. He spent 3 years as an Office Manager in a high acuity building in Southern California and then another 3 years at a building in the Salt Lake Valley. C.J. brings much experience working with many different payers from Medicare, Medicaid, Long term insurances, to Private Pay. He is excited for his role to help train and be a resource to all of the Office Managers here at 24-7 Care and Rehab.

Mark Maines | Vice President of Operations

Mark MainesMark Maines filled both financial and operational positions before the formation of 24-7 Care & Rehab. In Maines current position as controller he works side-by-side with the CEO, COO and CFO on strategic financial planning activities. His day-to-day responsibilities include the management of vendor and business associate relationships, as well as oversight of the accounts payable department.

Maines holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT.

 

 

Scott Robertson | Director of Acquisitions

David Grant BioScott Robertson brings a 35 year history of business development and acquisitions in the long term care industry and believes in the mission and vision of 24-7 Care and Rehab, to help the elderly and infirm live life to the fullest. Scott has consistently proven himself as a successful entrepreneur and financial manager. In 1999 Robertson created a successful healthcare company that bought and sold more than 50 nursing facilities in seven states. Scott also started a co-op pharmacy and rehab company. These companies were sold in 2009 which is now 24-7 Care and Rehab.

Scott graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Social Work and Gerontology, and was part of the first graduating class in Gerontology in the state. After graduation, he became a Nursing Home Administrator and was also a hospital administrator before he began his consulting career.
